In the event that you need to RETURN/EXCHANGE one of our products due to QUALITY/DEFECT or because you received an INCORRECT ORDER due to error on our part:

- We will by all means, gladly resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- 100% Satisfaction is our policy.

All returns that meet the above criteria must be made within 30 DAYS of purchase. The product must also be in a brand new, unwashed condition. 

We DO NOT accept returns for any other reason, simply because our products are being made-to-order. We do not carry an inventory in order to keep costs down as much as possible.
